The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted

They left clothes and rubbish everywhere. I said don't worry about the carpets as we are refurbishing but they got plaster on absolutely everything. Mark said he would come and fix the issues and gave me a date but then didn't come, didn't reply and then has ignored me since. I really wanted to give them a good review as they worked so hard but I just feel I have to say as I've spent the last few weeks fixing cracks, scraping plaster off everything and trying to mend the bits they missed.
