Roy contacted me within 30 mins of my posting the job and on a Sunday. He offered me a price I was happy with and arrived within the hour. He completed the job with professionalism and skill and also spotted a couple of issues with other doors which he rectified without further charge. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
