4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. I at first thought they'd done a REASONABL job but the finish was not brilliant. As my husband is disabled everything had to be safe and secure. One of the things I stressed was the toilet seat. On first use the seat fell off so I contacted AJR to get a better seat. Tony rang with a price at approx £50 + and I agreed. Since then I've not heard from him. Despite calls to also say my husband is struggling to flush the toilet. HE KNOWS MY SITUATION YET HAS CHOSEN TO IGNORE. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT TRUST

The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
