Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. He workmanship was great, very neat and tidy. he kept me up to date with the installation and we are going to use jack for all our future electrical works on the park.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
