Myles was everything I wanted (and needed) from a technical guy. I had a new tv/soundbar system that I had hooked up to my blueray+sky box. All was installed - but just not working quite right. Nothing serious, just lots of niggly issues that were detracting from a brilliant system. Not only did he solve all the niggles, but got my remote controls down from 5 to just one. Sheer bliss. Once agreed, he was able to complete the job to high standards whilst arranging all the material needed. He's very friendly and has great attention to detail. A time and date was agreed with this company to attend our home and then provide us with a quote. However on the due date, the Representative of the company did not arrive. When we tried to call the company to find out why, we continually received an out of office message even tho this was only late afternoon . Very poor , we will not use this company again
