Janos at Warm Hearts Plumbing was brilliant. He listened, cooperated, was efficient, thorough and reliable. He provided a bespoke service to meet my needs to have a new bath installed and sink leak. He made good the tiling and even had to adjust a cupboard to fit the bath in. He communicated with me every day and when necessary-always consulting me. He sent me regular photos of the work. Putting your trust into a company when dealing with gas safety regulations is daunting. Not only do you need to be confident and safe in your choice but also feel you receive an honest quote. Terence delivered a great service in his taking out of the old and installing a new family bathroom. With it being an old house, Terence was faced with some unexpected challenges which he thought through how best to deal with these to make sure the end result was as we wanted. He took the time and the care to get things right, and was clear on what he was doing and the pricing. He was professional, reliable, clean and tidy and we now have a great bathroom. No hesitation in recommending.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.
