Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. Joshua and his team did a great job on both my front and back garden—trimming hedges, cutting back bushes, and weeding throughout. Communication was prompt from the start, and the quote based on images was spot on. They worked efficiently, were professional, cleared all waste, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. Luke (Boam) is a highly skilled worker with stone who has great vision and a perfectionist approach. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.

Jim and his son worked on my roof and gutters , Did a really good job they are genuine tradespeople they explained everything that needed to be done and give me a accurate quote they came to my home when they said they would and got on with the job, pleased with the workmanship, would certainly have no hesitation in using McMillans again!
