I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great.
