They were very professional, but offered genuine customer service - upfront and honest, and offered their expert advice on how to make savings but still get the job done. Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. Frank was professionally and answered all my questions with sound knowledge of my lighting and extractor fan dilemma. Highly recommended .

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
