These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. We had roof lead taken from our property. We asked for a different material to replace it. Richard was most accommodating and did some research towards that, and we were happy with the quote. Especially as it was short notice and over a bank holiday weekend. Really appreciate the work they did, which took longer than perhaps expected, working around the weather needing to be dry. Really good job, and tidied each day before leaving. Definitely would use again, and recommend confidently.
