We had a fast response from Weatherwise. The problem turned out to be more serious than we'd thought, and Weatherwise were able to carry out extensive roof repairs immediately. Subsequently, after heavy rain, we had a problem with one of the new gutters and reported this to Weatherwise who were very quick to come and put things right. Several of our neighbours have also had work done by Weatherwise having seen the job they did for us.

I hired them to fix a long-standing leak; initial communication was good. The repair, done by what seemed like subcontractors, was shortly followed by a new leak. They denied responsibility, but an independent inspection found clear deficiencies. They had also promised 15 years warranty, but failed to provide promised papers despite multiple requests, and have since ignored all communication. Considering legal action.

Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. Billy talked me through the problems he found with my roof and gave me several options and prices.
