In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. They were professional throughout and a good team! ?Would happily recommend and use again - thanks so much! :)

Freddie & Freddie spent two days in the cold weather taming my very overgrown garden. They expertly and safely cut down and removed a 10yr old field maple tree sited next to a 6ft wooden fence, having dug deep to remove the stump and major roots. They also removed a large bush and overgrown briar rose and weeded between shrubs, pruning as requested, and rotovated all the overgrown borders . All the garden waste was taken away. I am delighted with the result of their hard work. For me it was excellent value.

Simon has exceeded all expectations, there was quick initial contact and a detailed quote. The work performed was exceptional, problem solving, clean and professional work. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

We got there in the end! After a delay in completing all three jobs, everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will have another patio job later in the year and Mark and his team are top of the list for that.

Kofi is prompt and responsive. Matters beyond his control - weather - delayed him from completing the job as anticipated (and to his level of satisfaction) and returned and willingly finished the job to his (and our) expectation. Caring, considerate and accommodating ... 3 words not often associated with tradesmen. Fab.

We can not recommend Lee and his team highly enough. Their professional approach and quality of workmanship throughout the project was refreshing to see, along with exceptional value for money. As a new start up company we wish MLW Plastics all the best, but with their high standards and workmanship I don't think they will be needing it.
