Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. I know Philip has taken some pictures and I can only hope they demonstrate his great work. I'd highly recommend him to users of this website and have already done so to my neighbours. As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.
