I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. I am very disappointed with the service from Andrey’sRoofing The quality of workmanship was poor and far below what was promised. Issues included: cracks in the plastering after only 2 months of it being finished. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the company failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution. Communication was unprofessional when my husband and I were contacting him, at one point he hung up on us I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left.
