A great company to deal with, prompt, reliable and very professional. We live in an old Victorian house with hardly a straight angle anywhere. So Anunas had a tricky job to do. Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Amazing service, one of the best!

I'm really very happy with Akram from Imperial. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the windows and locks. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood what he would be doing. He gave a very reasonable price, less than what others had quoted, and while here, he looked at another problem door. He has ordered the part for that and will return at a later date to fix that also. He was able to answer all the questions I had. He is now my new window fixer.

AVOID. Let us down very badly. Came to site all smiles and agreed a price and shook hands. We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
