A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Quick to make contact after posting the job. Agreed to call at 10am on 11 July. That morning I got a text asking me to call which I did. He was running late and asked if 11am would be ok. He did eventually show up at 1pm as the previous job took longer. He said he would go online to look for a lock and let me know. I have not heard anything since. Very poor service.
