Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
