I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. After an initial very swift reply and quote that was hundreds of pounds less than others there was an initial visit followed by weeks of no contact. After chasing there was another visit and then 3 months of no replying to messages. Suspect he quoted too low but a massive waste of time.
