After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

Very disappointing standard of work, i wish i could attach photos. Asked for money upfront for work not done, even asked for diesel money. When challenged, lied about what was included in the quote.

Terry is a gem of a trader, he came to the rescue after another tradesmen took the money and only to find out cut corners and didn't insulate all the room on. Terry you can trust and leave him to get on with his job, not cutting any corners and will keep you posted and show you the progress, he even went out of his way to get me a new door, handles, locks and other materials, should me the actual invoice and got me trade prices. Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
