Jack kept me informed at every stage, he and his team were professional, friendly, reasonably priced, worked hard, cleaned up and removed all rubbish and took a pride in their work. Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. Outstanding builders, professional and trustworthy from the initial stages to completion. Substantial project which was architecturally challenging was totally mastered by Maciej & his team. Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. Staff found Ben very good working in this situation. Good job. Pleased with result.

He visited our garden, assessed its condition, and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Work started on schedule, and Simon's team brought tools the day before. Delighted with the service received from this company. Completed the job to quoted budget and well within the maximum timeframe quoted including doing some extra work (painting hallways, replacing spotlights) that weren't in the original job.
