Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. Pleasant and got on with the job. Worked well and didn't stop till finished. He papered 2 bedrooms. Painted too. He squared off a wall around a window to improve finish in 1 room. Radiators also painted. Very happy with finish. Adam was the cheapest quote but it was his manner that i liked best as quotes were close. Would contact Adam again.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.
