I hired James to paint a ground floor flat and I was not disappointed. His standard of workmanship is excellent, taking his time to clean and prepare all surfaces leaving the finish to a high standard. James is punctual, reliable, a clean and tidy worker, as well as being a very likeable man and I will definitely be using him in the future.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!
