The company does mainly electric jobs but we also do kitchen and bedroom furniture and fitting, door and floor fitting, painting and decorating, wall and floor tiling. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.
