Tom took his time to ensure our bathroom was perfect. He fitted everything so well and didn’t finish the job until he knew everything worked properly. He also came out last minute on a weekend when we had a small bathroom leak. We would highly recommend Tom as his work is great and he is extremely budget friendly.

A very professional job, Luke and John worked tirelessly .They were very neat and tidy, keeping everywhere clean with covers and sheets. The level of craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Really easy to work with, James was extremely helpful and has done a fantastic job with our bathroom refurbishment. We will be using him for further work in the future and would highly recommend him. Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill

Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.
