Amazing and fantastic work done by this company. Builders listened to what I wanted done and went above beyond what I expected. Very professional throughout the weeks working here. They are neat and tidied up after themselves as well as being highly skilled. The inspection officer was very pleased with the outcome. James did a fantastic job building a downstairs toilet/shower room for my mother. The quality of his work was of a very high standard and his attention to detail was second to none. No challenge was too much for James and he consulted with my mother regarding the design and installation throughout the whole working process. I can’t recommend him highly enough. It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Caution urged. My initial review written while wearing rose tinted specs! Reality is very different. I used this trader for other tasks and now have incomplete work on several jobs. My fault, I paid in full having believed everything I was told about status of completion. No response to messages.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

The AA carried out my boiler replacement on the agreed date and the work was done quickly efficiently and very well. They left the house clean and tidy and explained how to use the boiler and new thermostat

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would
