I am a sole trader providing a professional painting & decorating service. I am fully qualified in all aspects of the trade with over 25 years experience and have been running the business since September 2003. My aim is to provide a quality finish at a competitive price. I have worked on many and varied contracts ranging from painting a front door to shopfitting opticians to painting offices and warehouses, but mainly I work for private customers painting and decoarating houses inside and out to a very high standard. I can also provide other handyman type services with skills I have gained over the years including some small plastering jobs, plumbing maintenance, basic joinery tasks etc. With a friendly and helpful outlook I hope to help you achieve the goal of a good job at a good price. Michael was very quick to provide help and booked in to suit my visits with my dad ( who has dementia). At that point gave an estimate of cost - very reasonable. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Colin from cam construction was extremely helpful with our quote for potential extension work to a home we were looking to purchase. He made himself available for a specific appointment at the property, gave us some great ideas for what would be possible then fully costed it up, and even accompanied it with a proposed planning drawing. The service we received was extremely professional. We haven't been able to go ahead with the purchase for unforeseen reasons, but would recommend cam thus far.

A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
