It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I absolutely recommend him, I'm so pleased with all the work he had done, to give me such lovely wet room. Thank you. x

The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.

Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. Neil is a very professional tradesman who works to high quality standards and did an excellent job on our bathroom refurbishment. During the whole process from agreeing our requirements (which changed), making quotations, carrying out the work (including additions) and invoicing, Neil communicated effectively with us and delivered on his promises. Neil did all the plumbing, tiling and electrical work himself except for plastering the ceiling. He is very conscientious and careful to do everything correctly.

Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!
