This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

didnot say it was a call out guess how much they wanted to charge £385 pounds for turning on the hotwater feed and removing the sinks but leaving the feeds so.they could come back and charge another 385 old people beware.

I’m very pleased with service i teceived from GO Maintenance who fixed a leak in my shower. The guys were prompt, turned up at the agreed time. Took their time to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them. I will be contacting them in the future for further maintence of my property.

Prior to Xmas our oil fired boiler broke down. I contacted Rated People and Nash Plumbing got in touch. After discussion it was decided they quote for a new boiler in garage. I agreed with price and they could start right away. They were efficient, clean and professional. I would certainly recommend them.

As there was only two names there I choose Paul Hennessey I dont know if he is jps plum etc I dont think so as you sent me five names any way this is Paul Hennessy from Gowerton Swansea and he was ex. We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Scott was absolutely brilliant, he got the job done and it's been done to a very high standard! Also a really good price to considering the work was done over three separate evenings due to us having to have the walls plastered. Very happy customer, would recommend to anyone!

Rad is a likable person, hardworking and very professional. He supplied a quote with a full breakdown of the work required and cost. Rad arrived on time for the first appointment and on the day work started. Rad has a good sense of humor and is easy to get on with. Would well recommend.
