I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. I am trustworthy, reliable and will give a realistic, competitive price for all work undertaken.

Luke is very professional in all stages of the work he carried out. His quote for removing old decking and replacing it with a paved patio was very detailed and reasonable. I hired Swift, Swift by name and definitely by nature, we are so pleased we did, two workmen arrived exactly on time, showed the waist removal license , so professional I thought, they proceeded to tackle the job in hand. The quality of the finish is really bad. There are holes, tape showing through the plaster, behind the loo wasn't done, plaster on the carpets and lots of mess left. Bob was friendly and turned up when he said he would. He was a reasonable price... If the hob had been done properly. His attitude was if i am wallpapering over it doesn't matter. ??
