Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. PT is a hassle free, professional builder to work with who turns up when they say they will and gets on with the work. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! I'd defintely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for quality, professional job. We all know there are good builders out there but they seem to be so hard to find - this is one of them !
