I served my apprenticeship at the unicorn gate college at Portsmouth dockyard. Carpentry runs in the family as my father & grandfather were carpenters. A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient.
