Jake and Paul had difficulties with their van so the job was postponed, but only by a couple of days. They got the job done, which wasn't an easy one, and I'm very pleased our double gates are secure once more. The price was reasonable, particularly and they showed great willing to overcome their transport issues and get the job done. My only suggestion to them would be a little bit more communication to let the customer know time of arrival etc. I wouldn't have a problem using them again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. Daniel and his Team are all very friendly. We hired them to undertake repair and replacement works to the fire doors at two of our homes and they completed everything to a high and compliant standard.
