Igor attended for a site visit before providing a quote. He was knowledgeable and open with his advice. The quote was mid-range which feels right for the experience. He was able to get work started very quickly, members of his team arrived within a couple of days after I'd gone out to procure supplies. He helped with communication via Whatsapp (for us) and calling his team directly and was very responsive. He was open to feedback or discussion about alternate approaches at any time. Ioan and his assistant did a fantastic job fitting a complete bathroom and tiling. He built a stud wall to disguise the slanted shape of the room and the outcome of the job was more perfect than we ever expected. We would definitely go to him for all future building work.
