I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I am very pleased with the work done. Alan has been very helpful throughout. We initially asked for a quote for plastering and coving our living room, which has been very well done. He also made a good recommendation regarding contractors for electrical work we needed alongside this. In addition he took on the decorating of the room while we were away. He's helped with a number of 'extra' tasks and gone out of his way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. We plan to employ him again. Highly recommended.

Mihai and team have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is great. Mihai is a problem solver and made us feel he had our interest at heart. He always made good recommendations on how to effectively improve the work, was helpful wherever needed e.g. Buying materials or rexommemdkng the right equipment and appliances. He always gave us options, explaining pros and cons. Him and the team are very nice and easy going. Also important, it's great he could do all the electric and plumbing.
