I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...

Chris arrived on time, and he did a good carpentry job renewing our broken cellar door. The area was left tidy and the old door taken away. A recommended tradesman I would use again.
