Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. I had damp (non-mouldy) rear wall, and knew the roof tiles/gutter above this wall needed to be looked at + replastering the interior wall. Dajland and his team put up scaffolding, fixed the leak in the roof tiles, and replastered 2 interior walls in 3 days. They worked efficiently and communicated well and cleaned up after which was a bonus! I would recommend them highly!
