Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time to inspect my roof and provide a quote there and then. Took time to explain what work would be required. He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. The work was completed to a high standard and also carried out some remedial pointing that I had not yet been able to sort myself. Ethan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.
