Specialising in Landscaping (garden design and build) , Paving (block paving , Slabbing and Patio work) and brick work, Turfing, Tree work, Fencing and Grounds maintenance More recently I have been the Grounds Manager for a golf course and bowling greens. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

We provide a quick turnaround on quotes at competitive rates. We always keep a clean and tidy site. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Started in building Sept 2016. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

Sheridan was hired in Apr - initial communication and detailed quotes gave confidence however, once he started the job it became clear that his work was average at best and more honestly that of a weekend DIY’er. The job ran well over and he has yet to actually finish it (about to start claim against him for costs to finish job). His quotes where he contracts out to the trade aren’t accurate and he doesn’t check the cost with them so some very expensive surprises. Avoid at all cost.
