To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. All workers where very nice & professional, I was kept up-to-date as the work was being carried out, my property was kept tidy everyday, I would highly recommend Manchester's Roofing & Guttering they done fantastic job at a fair price. Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Carl and Phil have done an amazing job with our extension. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and they kept us very well informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Tom is obviously very knowledgeable and chats through the job with you beforehand. He offered us good advice and options on how to connect our 2 new vanity sinks, a new shower and new toilet to our existing soil stack. Tom communicates well and arrives as agreed. Would thoroughly recommend and use Tom again as I felt I could trust him to do the job properly, on time and to budget.

John did a fantastic job of fitting my new laminate floor, everybody who's seen it has complimented his work. He also helped me out with a few other jobs that I was having some trouble with and was professional, hard-working and great value. Highly recommended!

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price.
