I had my fencing removed and replaced by this company. This involved removing a skip load of fencing and foliage and a difficult neighbour. There was no side entrance so the whole lot had to be taken through the house. Mr Pop and his team were professional, their customer care first glass, and the quality of their work I recommend this company 100%. Good, honest work people do exist. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

First time using rated people, and not a good experience. William called out promptly, surveyed the, roof talked through the work schedule and gave a written email quote with a promise to document all work, agreed no payment until end of job and complete satisfaction. On the day of the job, requested money for materials and payment into a personal account., I should have listened to my instincts. Job remains unfinished, no evidence of what has been done despite promises to provide videos. No receipt.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time.
