This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. We value our customers and offering our best service as well as reliability and trust is our highest priority. We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camera as well as all drainage issues, we have high pressured waters jetters. We also offer 24hour emergency call out.
Jobs is done for a landlord , but these guys did not keep their word in giving the price before conducting the job, they afterwards pressured me to pay a large sum of money, way more than the job is worth. They also promised to send pictures of completed job, but failed to do so. Keep away, for your piece of mind!

I can highly recommend this company. Matt came to give a quote - he was personable and obviously very experienced in plumbing and all its problems. Options were offered to rectify the various problems in the bathroom and associated plumbing. The works needed were done in two days within two weeks and they left the site clean and tidy. Do not use Jay, paid him half and then he didn’t finish the job and went awol leaving my downstairs bathroom in a right state, packing out gaps with bits of wood, lots of mastic use, toilet cistern not bolted to the wall, boxing in was not cut straight, he spray painted but that was uneven and he managed to get my hall walls too, now having to rip out everything he has done to start again. Once again avoid this guy
