Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. Superb from start to finish. You immediately get a sense Mark knows what he's doing he is even meticulous when quoting. Mark (and his subbies) did own outstanding job removing and fitting a new kitchen with some additional electrical work too. A nice guy, very easy going and very good at what he does. I'd hire him again in an instant.
