I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
