Mo was extremely reliable from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he turned up exactly when he said he would, and the quote was very fair. He repaired a broken floorboard under the carpet quickly and to a very high standard, lifting and refitting the carpet neatly. Everything was left clean and tidy. Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.
