Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. Ruined my bathroom. Comvinced me with his over 40 years experience and business in Greece etc. Did not use levelling spacers but I thought, given his experience, he knew what he was doing. There is not a single tile properly levlled with another. Cost me extra as had to buy new tiles as he agreed to fix it but still the job looks like it was done by an amature. Tiling is not something you want going wrong as it is the final finish and now we have to live with this mess.
