My boiler broke in spite of a recent service and safety inspection. Bad enough, but not what you want in the winter. Charlie came the same day, didn’t charge emergency call out fees, and confirmed that last safety inspection was inadequate. The next day he came early and fitted a new boiler. I can recommend Charlie - he’ll clearly communicate the options, do a thorough job, focus on safety and charge a fair price.

Marlon refitted my wall mounted bathroom fan heater which had exposed wiring. He replaced two wall switches - one had a chipped fuse cover and the other had wood filler smeared over it. He also replaced the broken metal back box to a double wall plug socket and refitted the socket outlet. He gave me a clear, comprehensive quote - no additional costs. Job done a few days ago, 1 or 2 pigeons still hanging around which was what Kevin said but no bird mess on the paving since he did the job which is a very good sign to indicate what Kevin done is working as there was always bird mess in the morning that needed cleaning.
