Phil was a very honest, pleasant and likeable guy. I explained my requirements but he suggested an alternative that does not require the services of an electrician. Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden.
