Frank and his team were professional and efficient throughout. He made interesting suggestions to the design at the outset. They arrived to start the job when agreed and explained how the tasks would be completed. All work was carried out to a high standard, and it was noticeable how organised and tidy they were. Very nice work. It took a while to clean my property's roof but the team did that patiently.. They returned later to clean the neighbour's property that got dirty due our roof cleaning. Overall very good experience.

James Butler also trades as CGS Landscapes. He paved my driveway with poor quality slabs in September 2024 blaming the manufacturer and not himself. More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.
