James arrived at the agreed time and after going up to survey the chimney produced a detailed plan and quotation and showed me photos.The price was fair and the work was undertaken straight away. Harry did a sterling job for us! He hung 9 internal doors perfectly. His attention to detail is second to none. He arrived on time every morning, kept us informed on what he planned to do each day and worked hard. He was very friendly and polite. We were a little unsure if to use Harry because he is based in Sutton Coldfield and we are in Derby but he explained why he prefers working this side of Birmingham and the travelling was no issue. We would 100% recommend Harry.

Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,
