Joseph carried out a bathroom refresh for me which I’m very happy with. His work was of good quality, he was communicative and gave advice on what might work well as we went through. John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

Daniel arranged our job quickly and easily at a very competitive price. He kept us fully informed at each stage of the process what was happening and when. Good quality workmanship. Would have given 5 stars but the colour of the harling is slightly darker than the other walls, however, we appreciate that it is very difficult to get an exact match, so would say 4.5 or 4.75 stars, rather than 4. Fantastic service overall, would definitely recommend without hesitation and would use again.
